A 1950's semi-detached house in Cheltenham. Our client requested a 'country' style garden with an area for growing vegetables.
The project included a complete re-design of the front and back gardens and replacement of the existing drive.
A snaking path winds down the garden through beds planted with a mix of shrubs, perennials and grasses to give interest through the year and roping through a series of levels. At the bottom of the garden lies a orchard/wildlife area with a wildflower meadow.
It was a real pleasure to use traditional craftsmen to create the arbour and cleft chestnut fencing to accompany the Cotswold stone walling.
